Hello. Your reports page has a message from Border Patrol with the phrase من العميد حتى الرصيف . What is the meaning of this please. Thank you.
Maybe one of our site visitors can tell us the missing word that comes after سجائر
you will find العميد as Bi'r Al 'Ama'id on this google satellite view

you heard the sender of the message pronouncing this incorrectly and Google also spells it differently from the way it is pronounced. The receiver has it correct.
18 kilometers further up the coast toward Gaza is an unnamed dock seen here

This is الرصيف. It is a convenient point of reference for a ship off the coast. So it translates as "from Bi'r Al 'Ama'id to the dock".
