What time is it? ما الوقت

All the messages today are encrypted signals and of course we prefer voice. But they give the local time after each message (usually) which should be UTC+2. Today every time I have heard has been UTC+3. Could this mean they are far from home, as in the Gulf of Aden? I doubt it because the reads are too good. But we will keep listening for clues.
